First time visit but the food was wonderful. Loved how clean the place was and how nice the people were. I'll be going back soon.

If you're not a religious person, the Amazin' Glazin' will make you one. Breakfast sandwich between a glazed donut is absolutely amazing, and available all day! Can also recommend the Pulled Pork (the sauce is fantastic), and the shrimp tacos.

Went on a day I think they are typically closed so their menu was a bit limited. That's OK cause I just wanted the Cuban Pork Sandwich that was on the outdoor flat top. Maybe it was because I haven't had a good one in so long but it was extremely satisfying. Ham, roasted pork, pickle, and simple yellow mustard was the authentic taste I was looking for. If the bread was better and the filling a little more generous, it would have gotten the 5th star. Simple indoor seating for less than 20 people, very cozy. If I lived near Reading, this would be the kind of place I would frequent to try all the items on the menu.

Neat little place. Looking forward to going back to try their mac and cheese (they were out when we tried to get some at dinner) and their sandwiches, which look/sound great. We ordered for pickup -- and got everything maybe 20 minutes later (quesadilla took a little longer to prepare) -- the following: South Beach Cobb salad: a mostly fine salad. It got a little watery/soupy after mixing everything including dressing together (and I don't think I overdid it with dressing), but perhaps that's par for the course for this kind of salad. I think the greens were iceberg rather than romaine, spinach, or arugula, so that was a bit disappointing. Curried vegetable quesadilla: pretty good but intimidating -- it's so full of veggies that you really need to eat it with a knife and fork. Honestly, I would say this is more of a curried vegetable dish than a quesadilla -- not that that's such a bad thing! It was an interesting dish, to say the least! Shrimp tacos: the best of the three I tried. This was really, really solid, and worth the visit alone, I would say. But messy to eat with just hands. We also ordered the steak salad and asian salad, neither of which I tried but were by all reports good. Portions of all five meals were quite generous considering price. Last thing, when we visited, it was very smoky inside, and they couldn't serve any fried foods because of a problem with their frier. Not sure if the problems were related, but hopefully they got them sorted out! In all, I'm happy with our visit, and, like I said, look forward to returning.

Here's your 30-second rundown. Locally owned place. Currently has a staff of ONE. That would be owner/head chef Justin Violette. If you ever venture inside, you'll meet Justin. You know, because he's the only employee. That has its pros and cons. Justin sure is friendly, but since he has to cook everything, orders can take awhile. The pros, of course, are that his personal attention to detail is applied to each and every dish. If you have the time, the food is well worth the wait. This restaurant opened its doors a mere two months ago (March 2015), but I can see it blossoming in the near future. Justin stated that he doesn't pay for traditional advertising but rather relies on word of mouth to raise awareness of his eatery. Luckily for him, I have a big mouth. Everything on the menu is cooked to order and made with the freshest ingredients. Justin is always happy to engage in conversation as he prepares your meal, which just adds to the already welcoming and warm atmosphere. Variations of burgers and sandwiches are Justin's forte, but the menu expands into the realms of mac & cheese, chili, salads, and fries.

Finally a good Caribbean fusion place in Reading, all of the food is delicious and the setting is quite charming. The portions are huge so you will probably get a 2nd meal out of the food too. This is a really nice new spot and I know I will be returning to it again!

I've never been inside of this establishment, but my husband brought home take out for dinner last night. We had the Miami Chop Chop, mine was the fried chicken and my husband and daughter's were the steak. They were excellent. You can't fake high quality ingredients. Everything was really fresh and delicious. Can't wait to stop in and try some more dishes!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
